You will need
Serves 4
- 4 cups unsweetened soy milk
- 2 bananas
- 1 cup mixed frozen berries
- 2/3 cup rolled oats
- 6 pitted medjool dates
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
