Classic Breakfast Smoothie with Oats

A wholesome breakfast has never been easier. Packed with fibre, vitamins, and some protein to start your day, the oats also help sustain you, just like oatmeal does.

You will need:

  • 4 cups unsweetened soy milk
  • 2 bananas
  • 1 cup mixed frozen berries
  • ⅔ cup rolled oats
  • 6 pitted medjool dates
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  • 2Pour into 4 glasses and serve.
  • 3Do a little dance around the kitchen with all that extra time you've got!
