Snack time just got an upgrade! These no-fuss hemp and oat protein balls are full of natural sweetness, plant-powered protein, and a satisfying chew — perfect for lunchboxes, mornings that don’t have time for breakfast, post-workout treats, or anytime cravings.

You will need

Makes 30

  • 2 cups oats
  • 20 dates, chopped and soaked in warm water
  • 6 dried figs
  • 2 tablespoons golden syrup or maple (can omit)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 4 tablespoons hemp seeds, plus more to coat
  • 2 tablespoons hemp protein powder
  • 3/4 cup desiccated coconut

  1. Step 1

    Blend all ingredients until well combined.

  2. Step 2

    Roll into ping pong-sized balls.

  3. Step 3

    Coat in hemp seeds and store in refrigerator. Enjoy!
