You will need

1 cup coconut yoghurt
1/2 teaspoon Davidson plum powder
1 mangosteen, flesh only
1 abiu, quartered and skin removed
1/4 mamey sapote, sliced as a long wedge
1/2 lime, zest & juice

Step 1
Mix the coconut yoghurt and Davidson plum powder together in a bowl.
Step 2
Layer the fruit on top of the coconut yoghurt.
Step 3
Grate lime zest and squeeze some lime juice over top — and serve!
Variation
*Sprinkle over some granola if you want to add a little crunch and make it feel like a familiar brekky — though be warned: it may ruin all future granola bowls for you!
