Mangosteen, Abiu & Mamey Sapote with Davidson Plum Yoghurt

Sometimes nature takes care of the heavy lifting for you … With rare tropical fruits like these juicy gems, they simply don’t need much prep for a knock-out dish!

You will need:

  • 1 cup coconut yoghurt
  • ½ teaspoon Davidson plum powder
  • 1 mangosteen, flesh only
  • 1 abiu, quartered and skin removed
  • ¼ mamey sapote, sliced as a long wedge
  • ½ lime, zest & juice

  • 1Mix the coconut yoghurt and Davidson plum powder together in a bowl.
  • 2Layer the fruit on top of the coconut yoghurt.
  • 3Grate lime zest and squeeze some lime juice over top — and serve!

*Variation: *Sprinkle over some granola if you want to add a little crunch and make it feel like a familiar brekky -- though be warned: it may ruin all future granola bowls for you!
