We are so lucky in Australia to have loads of delicious, sliceable, spreadable vegan cheeses available to us! They’re usually found at smaller, local grocers and organic produce shops, and it’s worth trying a few (perhaps, on a cheeseboard?) to find your favourites.
You will need
Serves 4
- 3 plant-based cheeses of your choosing (we used Artisa for this recipe!)
- 3 sets of nuts of your choosing (optional)
- 1 branch of dried grapes
- 1 handful apricots
- 2 assorted styles of crackers of your choosing - Lavosh, seeded crackers, etc.
- 2 jams or chutneys of your choosing
- 1 small bowl of olives of your choosing
- 20 plant-based salami of your choosing
- Assorted fresh fruit eg fig, red/green apple, red grapes, green grapes, kiwi fruit, strawberries cut into bite-sized pieces
- Assorted flowers and herbs like rosemary, thyme and violets
To serve:
- Wooden board or cheese board, cheese knives

Directions

Step 1
Place the cheeses in separate areas of the chopping board.

Step 2
Arrange crackers in rows around the cheese.

Step 3
Follow with the fruits, jams, dried fruits and flowers scattered in different places around the board

Step 4
Serve with knives next to each cheese.
